How to get started, and where to write when something goes wrong.

Getting started

1. Register a workbook

Tap the plus button on the home screen. If you have a PDF of the workbook, import it and the app reads the chapters and question counts from the table of contents. For a paper book, enter the chapter names and counts by hand.

The reading is not perfect. When a chapter or a count is wrong, correct it on the spot; the correction is saved.

2. Solve

Open a registered workbook and the question numbers are laid out chapter by chapter. Tap the number you are about to solve and a sheet for that one question opens. Sheets are created as you tap them, so you never start with hundreds of empty ones.

3. Grade

When you are done, enter a score and mark what went wrong. Results are totalled by chapter and by error type, and questions below your threshold line up for review.

Questions

I entered the wrong number of questions for a chapter.
Fix it from the workbook screen. Sheets you already made are kept.
A clipping is in the wrong position.
Grab the frame on the sheet and move it. The new position is saved.
I want to solve a second round.
Create a sheet for a new round from the same number. The first round stays as it was, so the two can be compared.
Can I see the same sheets on another device?
Choose an iCloud Drive folder in settings and devices signed in to the same Apple Account share that folder. Without it, everything stays on the one device.
Does it include the questions themselves?
No. Only the table of contents — chapter names and question counts.
What is free?
There is a limit on the number of workbooks and documents. TOKI NOTE PLUS removes it. Anything over the limit becomes read-only; nothing you wrote is deleted.
