Privacy Policy
This policy covers how TOKI NOTE ("the app") handles information.
What is not collected
The app does not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth, or any other information that identifies a person. It does not ask you to register or create an account.
Stored on your device

iCloud Drive
Only if you choose an iCloud Drive folder in settings, the information above is saved to your own iCloud Drive, so devices signed in to the same Apple Account can see the same content.
That storage is yours, not ours. We do not read, retrieve or retain it. Without choosing a folder, everything stays on the device.
Transmission
The app does not send your information to our servers or to any third party. It contains no advertising, usage measurement or analytics.
Disclosure
Information handled by the app is not provided to third parties.
Copyrighted material
PDFs, photos and clippings imported into the app are stored only on that device, and in the iCloud Drive folder you chose. The app does not transmit, publish or share them.
The app does not hold or distribute question text. It holds only the table of contents.
Purchases
Paid features (TOKI NOTE PLUS) are purchased through the App Store. Payment is processed by Apple; we do not receive payment details.
Deletion
Deleting the app from a device deletes the information stored on that device. If you chose an iCloud Drive folder, the contents of that folder remain and can be deleted by you.

Any change to this policy will be published on this page.
